Payment for our services must be made in advance through the website. We accept all major credit cards through xix payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay, and do not store any payment information on our website.

 

Refunds for our services may be requested within 48 hours of the reading. Please refer to our refund policy below for more information.

Readings and Rescheduling

​

If for some reason a personal emergency arises, Jess may reach out to the client to reschedule a reading.  In this event the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund at their request.  If the client fails to show up for a scheduled reading, they will be given one opportunity to reschedule a new time with Jess. After 10 mins online, if the client does NOT login for their reading Jess will send a communication offering the ability to reschedule.  After two times a client doesn't show for a reading they forfeit their ability to request a refund.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased in our store, we offer a refund within 48 hours of the purchase.  You may also request a refund up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled reading. Once a reading has been provided to a client, there are no refunds upon the execution of the service. 

 

To request a refund, please send an email to thespiritlightguide@gmail.com with your name, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

Please note that refunds will only be issued for the cost of the reading and not for any additional expenses that may have been incurred (such as shipping or handling fees). Additionally, refunds will not be issued if you have already received the reading and then request a refund.
